OGALSA’s industrial cooking kettles are entirely made out of stainless steel AISI 316, their construction provides a constant homogeneous temperature in all their body volume in order to obtain a perfectly cooked product. The cooking kettles can be heated by coil or direct steam as desided, completely made under the client requirements which means it can be placed in the production area you choose for this manner. The capacity depends un how many multim-mould racks you want to fit in.
