The TS120 series by Gami Srl is a Chocolate melting tank which is designed to melt and maintain fluid large quantities of chocolate. The unit has a stirrer inside the bowl of the unit which has a capacity of 150 kg. Also, it uses a bain-marie which is controlled by a thermo-regulator. This tool is responsible for heating the chocolate which keeps its organoleptical characteristics. Plus, the tanks can be equipped with a system for reliable transfer of chocolate.
