Continuous band blade decrusting slicer Suited for the decrusting of loaves of bread on the four sides. Continuous band blade cutting head mounted on balanced pulleys for excellent adherence; it features two stations: the first one for the slicing of the horizontal crusts and the second one for the slicing of the vertical crusts. Inlet and outlet loading conveyor belts; upper belt with adjustable height designed to hold the product in place and accompany it towards the blades and lower belt with lateral guides.
