Switchboards are equipment designed to power and control the operation of lifting machines and accessories manufactured by gauss magnets.
Our electronic equipment has the following main features:
– Four quadrant digital converter;
– Continuous regulation of the magnetic flux with potentiometer;
– Power reduction through the “tipping” function for the release of excess material;
– Counter-excitation with energy regeneration to allow a faster load release;
– Magnet excitation time control to avoid coil overheating ;
– Automatic intervention and recovery system, with a Pb or Ni-Cd battery pack, which intervenes in the event of a power failure and constantly monitors the battery charge status;
– Front panel HMI with information relating to panel status and alarms;
– “Forcing” of the voltage option to reduce magnetization times;
– Preselection option for one or more magnets;
– Winding temperature control option by means of thermal probes or amperometric relays (especially useful for electromagnets in the anti-heat version);
– Power cable redundancy option with relative monitoring;
– Communication option with bridge crane / handling system via Modbus / Profinet.
– Option of picking up the load at reduced power and subsequent passage to maximum power when the load is lifted;
– Option of panels air conditioning / heating according to the ambient temperature;
– Remote control panel functions monitoring option via PC and / or mobile devices (from an Industry 4.0 perspective);
– Option with total monitoring of the battery pack;
– Motor control option, beam extension / rotation and magnets misalignment;
