Recovery of ferrous scrap fromcivil / industrial demolitions.
The circular electromagnets can be mounted both on overhead cranes and on self-propelled vehicles, and on request they can be made for hot material (up to 650 ° C) or waterproof version down to 50 mt.
Main features:
– Casing in laminated steel with high magnetic permeability with deep welds.
– Winding in aluminum, electrolytic copper or anodized aluminum band, made with very low current density, for effective dispersion of the heat generated by the Joule effect.
– Class 250 insulation (> 250 ° C according to IEC 60085 standard);
– Mn steel bottom plate at 12%.
– Spark gap protection device.
– Three leg chains with steel grade 80 or 100 steel.
For particular applications such as in the case of railway wagon unloading, we have a series of oval-shaped electromagnets.
How they are powered:
– From mains through our electronic equipment;
– From generator driven by hydraulic motor or diesel engine in case of application on self-propelled vehicles (mounted on the back of the machine);
– From battery installed on board;
– From a hydraulic generator installed on board it, whose magnetizing and demagnetizing function occurs exclusively by means of the machine’s hydraulic oil.
