High precision filament hank cutting machine The FCM is an automated, high precision bundle cutting machine for toothbrush filament and similar materials. Filament hanks with paper and plastic wrappings or sleeve can be processed. The precision in the cut length is ± 0.15 mm, making the bundles most suitable for the anchorless toothbrush machines PTt and AFT with integrated pre-endrounding. The exact filament lengths guarantee a perfect end-rounding of the filament tips in the toothbrushes.
