Flexible toothbrush production line with 3 filling tools The TB33-Flexi toothbrush production cell is a combination of 3 Hepta filling units with one finishing unit FML-A2. The 4 units are connected by a flexible conveyor system. This conveyor is transporting carriers that are holding the handles or the brushes. HIGHLIGHTS Flexible linkage system connecting handle loading, filling and finishing stations. Filling station: Three filling units consisting of a "Hepta" style filling tool and triple fibrebox for three different. kinds of filaments (colour, length, thickness, etc.). Each of the three filling tools running up to 1000 tufts/minute for a total of up to 3000 tufts/min CNC control for the brush holder movements (length and width) and turret index. Automatic fiber loading system optionally available. Handle loading station: manual infeed or automatic loading by means of fully automatic handle feeder. Finishing station: Chain type construction Up to 6 trimming units and up to 10 endrounding units (can be customized for more stations). Optional brush cleaning units with dust extraction. Optional hotstamping or decal application of the handles. Standard automatic ejection of the finished brushes, optional take-out robot for further processing of finished products.
