HEAVY DUTY PIPE BEVELLING MACHINE RANGE I/D 180-590 MM (7” – 24”) The Supermaxi 7-24″ pipe bevelling machine has been designed for piping industries and welding workshops. This bevelling machine is equipped with an innovative 6 point locking system enabling stability and eliminating vibrations during operation. The set up and centring systems are extremely easy, precise and functional. The new feeding and motorisation delivers a constant radial speed for perfect uniform bevels. The operating process is designed so that the chips of the previous pass will not affect the following passes. It can be used with standard solid body tools and wedge locking tools with interchangeable inserts. •RANGE – Working range from 7” to 20” (180-504mm) in standard configuration and up to 24” (590mm) with the optional extension kit. •FUNCTIONS – Milling processes, external and internal tapering, external and internal bevelling of pipes. •MATERIALS – Steel, stainless steel and special metallic alloys.
