Depending on application and screen media the sifter is capable of screening from 140# to 4# up to 13,600 kg/hr. (30,000 lb/hr.) Manufactured to stringent sanitary standards with full USDA Dairy acceptance, all product contact surfaces are crevice free polished stainless steel. For ease of cleaning the screen, rotor, shaft seals and hopper can be quickly removed by a single person without the use of tools. Standard equipment includes large hinged inspection door, outboard bearings, air purged PTFE seals, safety interlock switches, enclosed belt drive and polyester or stainless steel screens.
