The BSPIO-OPTO1212 Digital Modules for Boundary Scan I/O Access offers parallel scan governed access for a maximum of 24 optically isolated electrical lines for powering up to 12 signal outputs or detecting up to 12 signal outputs. Adding to this, it enhances the JTAG fixtures with the capability to accommodate lines without regular ground. The output cell features 3 terminals fitted on the output transistor, one on the emitter (E) and the other two that split the collector with a another series resistance (R and CR). The output cell is shielded from extra current and offers feedback for self testing. The input cell is also equipped with 3 terminals, which are located on the input diode, one on the anode and the other two that share the cathode with other series resistance (R and KR). This input cell is shielded from over current and has an onsite driver for self testing.
