RIEGER hygiene double seat valve N1 provide reliable protection for your product by leak-proof separating not compatible products. For years, they are invaluable in plants of beverage and brewing industry, the pharmaceutical industry as well as the food and dairy industry. The design of its one-piece valve body and the radial sealing of both valve seats along with the balanced valve disks enable a perfectly safe CIP/ IP cleaning, thus ensuring extremely high security for your products. SpeedPush Actuator Air consumption and consumption of cleaning media in the use of Mix Proof Valves might also be considered for total costs of ownership. In order to reduce air consumption and consumption of cleaning media Mix Proof Valves with reduced air volume in the actuator are recommended. With a reduced volume, faster switching of valve disks during CIP is possible to reach the desired cleaning result even faster. Thus, less cleaning media is required in the overall cleaning cycle.
