Description

The G3-T8 is a temperature acquisition module which can manage up to 8 thermocouples or RTD temperature sensors. The inputs are software configurable as type J, K, N, R, S, E, L, T, C, B thermocouple and RTD inputs. Internal voltage-to-temperature linearization and cold junction compensation is based on standard ITS90 polinomials for the best accuracy. G3-T8 can be connected with all the G-Mation gateways and CPU’s from which it receives power supply. Acquisition time is less than 200 ms for the 8 channels. Temperatures are supplied in tenths of a degree Celsius (°C) or Fahreneit (°F). Input type configurable: – Thermocoupple J, K, N, R, S, E, L, T, C, B – RTD (2 e 3 fili) – Pt100 – Pt1000 Optically isolated temperature inputs Accuracy: reading error of less than 0.1% at full scale. Cold junction accuracy <1°C to 25°C Temperature resolution 0.1 °C/°F Input insulation 1.5kV Diagnostics: – Power supply detection LED
