Description

The Plasma P 6020 is a high production plasma cutting machine and the biggest model in the Plasma GCS-P series. The Plasma P 6020 is designed for the plasma cutting of steel material of large sizes. It has a table with a size of 6000 x 2000 mm and a sectorized table with fume extraction. This plasma machine is a CNC plasma cutting solution that has an optional automatic self-lubrication system on all the axes, a solid steel chassis and an anti-collision flare system that stops the machine in the event of a collision. It also includes linear guides with self-lubricating, tight and backlash-free recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies Characteristics : Helical rack drive with 70Kg/cm servomotors. Travel speed of 40 metres/min. Resolution of 0.01mm. Z-head with THC height control integrated in the CNC control that ensures an automated control of the distance between torch and workpiece during the entire cutting process. Laser pointer for the verification of X and Y axis zeroing. Bridge height: Z=100mm CNC control TexComputer with touchscreen.
