Extreme high loading capacity ZA16 reciprocators have a high load capacity of to 130 kg. They can carry up to eight UA05 axes and ensure very precise gun positioning and reliable operation. Space-saving guns arrangement The ZA16 reciprocator is designed for short or long stroke operation. The UA05 axes can be mounted in vertical arrangement with minimum distance of 110 mm to each other. UA05 gun axis and ZA16 vertical reciprocator arrangement This combination guarantees perfect coating results for complex application demands and difficult part geometries. Designed for smooth operation The frequency converter controlled three-phase asynchronous motor drive, the long lasting thooth-belt and the robust design ensure a quiet operation and great stability.
