Automatic industrial bread slicer GS 60

The GS 60 reciprocating slicer is a high-performance cutting machine for bread, products containing sugar, fruit breads, and raisin yeast loaf. The vertical positioning of the blade allows the product slices to be cut with the exact same thickness each time. The GS 60 slices up to 60 product units per minute and is designed for 24 hour continuous operation. Basis for this high output is the gearbox designed in-house, which is equipped with a new oil lubrication type. To allow for the optimised synchronisation with the automatic bagging machine, the outfeed conveyor is fitted with a separate frequency-controlled drive. Combining this unit with the automatic bagging machines by Hartmann will provide a perfectly harmonised package solution with high flexibility and production reliability.
