Welding booth

The Welding booths are available as custom modular booths or welding islands. It is designed to the specific need and situation in materials and colours decided with the customer. Before final decision it is possible to have the design visualized by means of 3D drawings. Typically, in a welding booth there will be a service panel with connections for: Power, compressed air as well as connections for the gases, oxygen, acetylene, argon and Co2, as well as a connection for an extraction arm. We deliver the full set of connection tailored to specific customer requirements. Description The welding booths are used as sound barriers in connection with grinding processes, welding or as partitions for noisy machinery etc. The ceiling and the walls are made of 50 mm charcoal grey – Silver RAL 9006, plastisol-coated sandwich plates of steel and rock wool. The ceiling plates are perforated on the inside for optimum noise reduction. The standard colour is charcoal grey but it is available in more than 15 different colours. Guidlines Here is an example of components used for a booth. The assembly may differ according to the chosen design: Side plate in required length, by means of a double U-bracket. Ceiling plate in required length, by means of a double U-bracket. Front plate with door or welding curtain. End bracket for securing the plate to the floor or in the ceiling. Angle brace, for the assembly of ceiling plate and wall plate in a 90° angle, for example. Double-U-bracket for the assembly / extension of two plates in a 180° angle.
