The Gerstenberg Schröder hot water unit is a compact modular skid unit which supplies hot water at up to four different temperatures for a variety of processes.
Features
Function and Principles of Operation
The main hot water unit consists of a plate heat exchanger, a water circulation pump, a pressure expansion tank, and steam regulating valves. The unit can be expanded with one to three water loops, each with a water circulation pump and temperature regulation valves. The flexible hot water unit can be used for many different heating purposes.
Advantages
Flexible - secondary loops can be supplied with individual water temperatures depending on process requirements.
Connections in the thermal loop are available to use excess energy from other processes for heat recovery.
