These exposed junction fast response probes are suitable for measuring the air temperature in ovens, hot cupboards and similar appliances. Response time is less than 0.5 of a second. With a measuring range going from -75 to 350ºC and a 1m or 2m wire, these type K thermocouple probes are a highly versatile instrument which combined with the digital thermometer of your choice constitutes a useful tool for a wide variety of applications.
