Glass handling equipment EMU 300-1000

The unique manipulating head is one of the chief characteristics of this machine which is capable of angling and pushing glass, unitized glazing panel and curtain walling. All these can be outside a building where they can be realigned and brought back to position. This EMU was awarded the construction award because of CN quality. They can offer up tp 1000 kg of lifting power to curtain walling contractors, glaziers and subcontractors. The hydraulic lift head is very flexible and it pivots 80 degrees, rotates 360 degrees and tilts 80 degrees. This machine is independently powered with an on-board drive system which can access tight interior areas. The four outriggers of the EMUs, reduce the floor loading of the machine and enhances stability. An innovative attachment has been developed for the EMY robot, so that steel beams and girders can be lifted.
