Glass handling equipment GL-UMC600

The GL-UMC600 robotic head is an ideal device for lifting and manipulating of a bigger format glass of up to 600 kg weight. The GL-UMC600 gives customers with an added advantage of cranes that support extended reach when attached to compact mini cranes. This makes it a perfect device for glazing at height. GL-UMC 600 is highly flexible and is designed in such a way that it can be attached directly to the UNIC crane boom. It can be powered independently. It has electric actuators that permit precise movement of the glass loads. This device comes with an additional attachment with 95° rotation, ±40° swivel and 120° tilt. It can even be operated with the help of radio remote control. It is compatible with Unic models such as - URW-095, URW-295, URW-376, URW-506 and URW-706. The boom length is restricted to 16 meters when attached to URW-706. The Safe Working Load is of 300 kg or 600 kg. It also features dual vacuum circuit with 2 pumps, vacuum tanks and non-return valve Low pressure and battery gauge.
