The industrial jib crane is designed for the handling of heavy loads in production processes which require the independence of the manufacturing stations with respect to the main cranes of the factory building.
Up to 12.5 t capacity and with a boom of 7 m or 20 t capacity and boom of 5 m in the standard version and 4 models from 2.5 t up to 20 t. Rotation by means of an electrical system.
4 models available, with capacities ranging from 2.5 to 20 tons. Electric rotation system. This type of jib crane is used in industrial facilities requiring a higher lifting capacity than for column jib cranes (GPLC).
Jib crane design and dimensions also depend on the following factors:
- Type of foundations, for column cranes.
- Type of fixing, for wall jib cranes: metal, concrete or wall column.
- Lifting capacity.
- Boom length.
- Column height.
- Hook travel.
- Location, indoors or outdoors.
The basic jib crane has an AR chain hoist, and may optionally be equipped with a standard cable hoist
