Description

Slitter rewinder specially designed for the cutting and the rewinding of all type of flexible materials. It is available with expansible shaft and/or shaftless. Slitter rewinder specially designed for cutting and rewinding delicate materials for flexible packaging and paper. Shaftless unwinder or with expansible shaft that incorporates an hydraulic loader to facilitate the positioning of the original reels. Individual pressure rollers of pneumatic operation for each reel. Incorporates a self-blocking circular blade cutting system and razor blades that are easy to access for adjustment. Two non-removable overlapping rewinder shafts, with independent asynchronous servomotor drive and load cell charge on each shaft, achieving very precise control of the web. Cores are secured by friction clutches or expansible shafts. Unloaded system for finished reels with tilting shafts, mounted on a sturdy base, equipped with pneumatic movement for approaching and rotation. Centralised management of the process and memorization of the parameters of each job through the touchscreen.
