Automatic and electric steam generator made up by two modules available in a variable power of between 20 and 60 Kw, each of them (power of between 40Kw and 120Kw in total). The M 120 can be directly feed from the water network or from an inox water tank. The boiler is supplied with double heat resistance which allows to disconnect one of them and work at half of the power. Steam pressure range from 0.3 to 8.5 bar The M 120 are used for multiple productive processes with high steam needs. Some of our current clients develop their business activity in the field of pastry making, tobacco processing, sanitary and food disinfection, thermoclimatic rooms for scientific tests and autoclave, SIP (sterilization in place) and biotechnology reactor manufacturing, among others Complements: - Feeding deposit also used for condensates recovery. Made in inox (160 L) - Body boiler manufactured in inox or carbonated steel - All the components in contact with water and steam manufactured in inox AISI 304 Some of the advantages of our electric steam generators over other steam production sources are as follows: - No installation project required. - No boiler room required. - Being possible its installation or transport to the place of need, savings in the construction of the distribution network and less heat loss in it. - Greater flexibility and less dependence on centralized production (possibility of sectorizing the installation). - Radically lower start times. - Lower maintenance costs.
