The Gilardoni probes in this catalogue have been designed for non destructive testing of materials and make use of the piezoelectric properties of ceramic plates. The probes have been designed to guarantee a high signal to noise ratio and good ergonomics for the user, while maximizing safety. PROBE CERTIFICATION All Gilardoni probes are certified in compliance with internal acceptance levels. Working parameters conform to the strictest control standards in compliance with EN 12668 part 2. Gilardoni is equipped to offer its clients complete support and supply the material with its conformity certification. The conformity certifications provide all the information necessary for clear and accurate recognition of the product, making it possible to be certified and traced. Probe certification highlights geometric, electric and ultrasonic parameters in order to evaluate, in addition to sweep of the beam, performance and resolution. CUSTOMIZATION Standard probes use BNC or LEMO 00 series connectors, but upon request Gilardoni can manufacture the same articles with LEMO 1 connectors.
