The FGR0 Crane Rotary Gear Limit Switch which is used to control the rotation of industrial control equipment. It is a base mount unit with two circuits and operates as an auxiliary controller of electrical motors through a power interface, such as a contactor or PLC. The 85.4x76x99mm enclosure is made of self-extinguishing thermoplastic material with an IP67 rating. It has a ratio of 1:12 to 400, and features up to two M16 cable entries. It is suitable for use in ambient temperature ratings of -25°C to +70°C. Each circuit consists of an MFI.3 microswitch with 1NO and 1 positive opening NC contact. – Base fixing; – Overall size is reduced; – High cover – the device is equipped with 4 microswitches; – IP67 protection class (IEC / EN 60529); – Available in different ratios: 1:12, 1:25, 1:33, 1:50, 1:75, 1:100, 1:150, 1:200, 1:400 (optional on request); – Available in direct ratio: 1:25, 1:50 (others direct ratio on request); – Microswitches: 1. device available with 4 microswitches; 2. the working point is adjustable with a calibration screw; 3. each switch has 1NO + 1NC inside; 4. positive opening for NC contacts.
