The track mounted GIPO combined plants are highly efficient systems combining an impact crusher and a screener on a single chassis. Their outstanding features are the proven GIPO pulverisers and their compact design. Iftwo separate machines (crusher and screener) were required for production of a classified end product previously, now only one machine is required. For contractors, this provides decisive cost advantages in terms of the acquisition, transport, fuel consumption and their environmental impact. The compact plant requires less space at the construction site and it can produce several graded final products at the same time. The extremely powerful GIPO pulverisers are combined with a 2-deck screener. Thanks to the integrated screener, the plants produce a high-quality final product. The integrated oversize recirculation permits operating with a larger crusher gap. This provides advantages regarding crusher performance, wear and grain quality. The infinitely variable rotor speed simplifies processing of any feed. With the proven fully hydraulic drive, even the toughest rocks and concrete can be crushed easily. The GIPOREC power packs feature Stage IIIA diesel engines which are considerably lower in emissions. They are already prepared to cope with the upcoming tougher environmental regulations. The machines can also be equipped with a diesel particulate filter. Thanks to the feed hopper with the fixed hopper panels and the compact oversize recirculation conveyor, virtually no setup time is required: The machine can be transported from one construction site to the next quickly and easily, because no attachments need to be removed.
