The Miniflex 390-200 is a machine suitable for flexographic printing on flowing plastic films and sheets. Having an available max. printing area of 200 x 500 m (width x development), the 390-200 can be used not only for small prints, but also for writings, logos, images and symbols with bigger areas, until a maximum of 200 mm width, on a wide range of different absorbent and not-absorbent materials. Moreover, this equipment is very easy to use because all the adjustments of rollers are pneumatic and automatic. For this reason, the operator must only adjust the parallelism and the pressure of the printing roller with the back-up roller when mounting the unit. The Miniflex 390-200 is a passive machine because it receives the motion only by the contact with the flowing substrate. It can reach a max. speed of 50 m-min (100 m-min in case of special machine). Vertical flowing from above downwards or vice-versa or equivalent. Flexographic inking system through two rollers by a friction drive and clichés fitting by double side-adhesive. Ink feeding with ink recirculation system consisting of a 15 or 25 litres bin placed on a wheeled trolley, pneumatic pump, fast connection pipes and a reservoir on the machine itself, easily removable for cleaning. Pneumatic control logic supplied as a standard.
