The printing system Flexo Offline SA910/01 is an independent self-powered printing station that allows to carry out the whole printing cycle off-line, from corona treatment to the ink drying, as well as to accomplish the material cut. Flexible, versatile and easy to be used, this system is the ideal solution to print on aluminium foil for blister packaging in the pharmaceutical sector. This printing system is composed by an unwinding-rewinding unit to unwind the aluminium reels, having max. diameter of 350 mm and max. height of 300 mm, and to rewind them at the end of the production cycle up to 100 m-min. The rewinding machine is complete with electronic control system of tensioning both for unwinding and for rewinding. Moreover, the machine is equipped with a web edging guide device in order to ensure the perfectly aligned rewinding of printed reels. The corona treatment unit is fitted on the unwinding-rewinding machine to prepare the material for printing. The treatment system is equipped with an extractor fan for ozone expulsion.
