Description

The printing system Printflex 513/UV/300-1'000 has been designed to print using UV-inks fitted on working lines having intermittent movement for the production of IV infusion bags. This machine has a max. printing area of 300 x 1000 mm (development x width) and can reach the speed of 12 cycles per minute. The flexo inking system consists of a laser engraved ceramic anilox roller and doctor-blade. The ink feeding system is a monobloc, that means a tank having about a 3 litres capacity. This monobloc is embodied in the machine and is very easily removable to allow and to make easier cleaning operations and colour changing. The printing machine is equipped with a UV-lamp with cooling fan for the ink polymerization. The back-up plate is made in rectified aluminium and its also Teflon lined. On this plate, there are mechanical regulators in order to allow aligning and adjustment of the printing pressure. The Printflex is supplied complete with electro-pneumatic control logic composed by: machine electric control panel, UV-lamp electric control panel, drivers, axis control and keyboard with remote control to carry out the main functions.
