Spray system GCSD

Perfect coating requires a homogeneous, adjustable spraying pattern as well as a constant and reproducible spraying behavior. We have developed an innovative solution for just this reason: the GCSD nozzle. Our GCSD spray system works with our intelligent ABC technology (Anti-Bearding-Cap): This makes spraying without bearding possible for the first time. This way, you can keep the liquid inserts from clogging up and you will benefit from an even spraying behavior without interrupting the process or having to pause to clean the nozzle outlets.
