They are ground with constant profiles. Versions in full profile. In non-standard applications the overlap can also be ground one-sidedly. Single and multiple start profiles can be produced. The shape of the profile is produced to customers’ requirements; the design on our software ensures that the profile shape is 100% correct from the beginning. Our circular form tool sets can be reground over the entire outside diameter of the profile because the tools are ground with constant shapes. Concave corner radii down to R=0.02 mm can be ground. We stock sets with 3 and 5 pieces.
