The shape of the profile is produced to customers’ requirements; the design on our software ensures that the profile distortion has been allowed for and the profile shape is correct from the beginning. The profile shape can be ground as full or part profile. Single and multiple start profiles can be produced. These tools are used in medical implant applications. We can produce solid carbide bone thread end mills in the following dimensions: Number of teeth = 1 to 40 (depending on outside dia and profile depth)
