It is also possible to grind a multiple thread. Our tools are available with full or partial profiles for burr-free work. Standard dimensions with full profile are available ex stock. The profile shape is designed with our specialist software to ensure that the thread is free from distortions and dimensionally true. Other dimensions and thread standards / thread shapes are produced to customers’ requirements. We can produce carbide thread end mills in the following dimensions: Number of teeth = 1 to 40 (depending on outside Ø and profile depth)
