The CRIMPING QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM GM100 system was designed to be installed on CRIMPING PRESS with the purpose of checking the quality of CRIMPED TERMINALS. The setup was created to meet the needs of the CRIMPED samples on which the parameters relating to the required SCREENING QUALITY were verified. Once the setup procedure has been carried out, the instrument has provided a check during the CRIMPING process. The quality of all the CRIMPED CABLES intervene with an acoustic signal and blocking the SCRAPER every time a higher value deviation occurs. The curve and all the statistical data are available on the graphic display as well as the parameters that can be set as a function of machining (Tolerance, drift, cut). The CRIMPING QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM GM100 is supplied as an installable kit, with the accessories already prepared for the CRIMPING MACHINE model on which it will be installed.
