The new GMI laser III GT Double Side machine is specially developed to provide two times higher cutting speed and a head with spinning movement to enable one system to serve two facing shuttle machines while simultaneously working on different embroideries. The new multihead embroidery machines is faster in comparison with two single GMI laser III GT 600x600 each of them installed on a shuttle machine. The presence of 600x1200 field reduces the displacement to half while the double cutting speed reduces the working time to 50%. The new designed structure features a reduced volume and occupies only one side of one embroidery. The software enables optimized cuts while the interpolated correction system empowers the entire embroidery machine field with superior precision. The powerful and fast system is capable to serve even four embroidery machines when distributed in two lines and in mirror-like position.
