The ErgoMover Manipulator is a battery powered transport trolley with 1100 kg load capacity with two hydraulic functions: " 1) 150 mm hydraulic platform elevation 2) 90 degree tilt (max 1100 kg load) of plasterboards into vertical position." 1) With elevated platform (150mm)2 or 3 trestles can be position underneath the load. Once trestles are positioned, platform is lowered till load rests on the trestles. Outher forks are either straightened or removed, enabling the ErgoMover to be moved underneath the load resting on trestles. Now the Ergomover is ready to pick-up the next load. Your plasterboards logistic becomes very easy with the ErgoMover Manipulator. 2) ErgoMover Manipulator can put your plasterboards into upright vertical position, reducing physical stress on your back, shoulders and arms. With platform tilted (plasterboards vertically) an ErgoMounter trolley (extra equipment) can go between the forks and pick up plaster boards, allowing you to transport the boards without any effort till installation at the wall. The ErgoMover Manipulator, can also be combined with Ergoloader storage racks. It will hydraulically tilt 1100 kg plasterboard into the ErgoLoader rack, and if the carpenter has several plasterboard packages resting horizontal and one plasterboard resting vertical in the rack, the stress to shoulder, back and legs becomes significantly less, compared with manual turning of plaster board sheets. This will reduce stress on the shoulder, elbow, hand and back of the plasterboard installers.
