RUPTURE VALVE TYPE B – TYPE G – TYPE R; OVERFLOW VALVES TYPE G – TYPE R IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARD 2014/33/UE
The rupture valves type 3006 interrupt the downward travel of the plunger in case of an over speed situation of the car.
The valves are activated when a pressure variation between the point of entry and the point of exit of the oil in the valve itself occurs. This is why no electrical device is needed.
The rupture valve type B is commonly used on systems with a single piston.
The rupture valve type G is used in systems with a twin piston, it is inserted equidistantly between the two pistons. The tubing piece between the valve and the two pistons has to comply with the safety criteria required by standard EN 81.20.
The over flow valve type D is designed to avoid over speed situations of the car during the down travel in case of a drastic leak in the hydraulic system. The speed of the car with a load equal to the nominal rated load, should not exceed 0,3 m/s in the down travel. The over flow valve type R is used in parallel with the Pawl Device.
