Hydraulic lift piston 1001 SL series

The piston 1001 SL for side acting direct lift applications is particularly used in 2-3-story buildings. The new processing technologies developed pistons with a reduced diameter of the cylinder, which requires a lower quantity of fluid, and decreases the elevator elasticity. A particular cylinder joint equipped with collar allows reducing considerably the installation time of the piston. To facilitate transport and insertion into the shaft, the piston can be supplied in 2 pieces, with threaded joints included. The piston is equipped with an upper swivel plate for the connection to the car frame and with a basement support plate for the location in the pit. On request, the basement support may be fixed in an intermediate position on the cylinder, in order to allow a partial in-ground location of the 1001 SL piston, or alternatively, the piston can be supplied without basement support. The piston 1001 SL is suitable for high traffic installations or large-size cars, which require opposed twin pistons.
