Plunger piston 1000 SL

The piston 1000 SL is a central acting piston for direct lift applications. It is particularly recommended for heavy loads (goods elevators) or in case aesthetic standards require a linear design (for example avoiding ropes in panoramic lifts). New processing technologies developed pistons with a reduced diameter of the cylinder, which requires a lower quantity of fluid, and decreases the elevator elasticity. A particular cylinder joint equipped with collar allows reducing considerably the installation time of the piston. This piston is suitable for systems with low load capacity, in order to fully benefit of the shaft space for the car. To facilitate transport and insertion into the shaft, the piston can be supplied in 2 – 3 pieces, with threaded joints included. The piston is equipped with an upper swivel plate for the connection to the car frame and with a basement support plate. The in-ground part of the plunger is protected with a corrosion preventive coating. A PVC tape as well is supplied for protection from galvanic corrosion.
