Just right for research institutions / facilities. The Pilot RotaTherm® Continuous Cooking System Continuous Cooking system for R&D has a throughput of ≈ 100 - 250 kg/hr. It can process R&D product from batches as small as 50kg. This system can also be used for 8 hour production The Pilot RotaTherm® System has the ability to blend, forward feed, cook, cool and provide processed product. It features all the same benefits and functional features as a full size RotaTherm® Continuous Cooker such as excellent viscosity management, targeting product burn on, pause capability and plug flow. Other specific features of the Pilot RotaTherm® include: Product functionality repeatable on full-scale production plants. Able to make independent changes to cooker and process parameters through a single run, providing minimal product use for maximum results. The model is of hygienic design.
