GoldPeg provide a steam management system as it significantly improves the flexibility and stability of the cooking process and assists with automatic temperature control over changing throughput rates. The standard system is stainless steel from the filter forward.
The steam management system is supplied with the RotaTherm® Continuous Cooker and the GPiCS Natural Mozzarella continuous cooking system.
