Description

Integrated camera system with real time data recording Manual welding utilizing the GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SMAW (MMA) and SAW processes (with strategic partner) CNC controlled Robotic welding cells capable of welding using the GMAW, FCAW, GTAW and Hot Wire GTAW processes Fully accredited to ISO 3834 Part 2 and EWF/IIW. Welders are qualified to meet stringent standards such as ASME IX, BS and EN State of the art Kardex vertical automated welding electrode storage management allowing optimised storage, flexibility and efficiency Applications Welding large scale components Thick material joins for oil & gas, marine, defence and power Longitude and rotational welding Buttering and cladding overlay High integrity GTAW welding process We have extensive experience in fabrication and welding, allowing us to provide a complete service to our customers. We supply the highest quality finished products in our ISO 3834 accredited welding facility, managed by our European and Internationally certified Technical Welding Manager. Our welding capabilities range from manufacture of high integrity stainless steel fabrications to automated robotic welding cells for high volume manufacture of repeatable, critical components. For the petrochemical sector, we excel at overlaying hard-facing/corrosion resistant alloys. For the power generation sector, we excel at the fabrication of high pressure, high integrity welds, joining dissimilar materials.
