DESCRIPTION
Roller conveyor shot blasting machine is built to clean large workpieces, such as steel plates, profiles, I and H beams and simple constructions. This type of shot blasting machine are mostly used for descaling, derusting, paint removal, paint preparation, deburring and general surface preparation prior welding, cutting, machining and burning operations.
Treated objects move through the shot blasting machine on a roller conveyor. Blasting wheels are made from wear-resistant materials with power from 5.5 to 30 kW, providing efficient shot blasting. Standard roller conveyor shot blasting machine can process parts from 600 mm up to 5000 mm width, with roller conveyor speeds from 0.5 m/min to 7 m/min. Roller conveyor shot blasting machine robust housing is protected by wear resistant shields made from manganese steel liners. Series of rubber screens keep the abrasive inside the blasting machine in entry chamber and exit cleaning chamber.
Rotating brush and high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before it exits the shot blasting machine. Screw conveyors, elevator and sand cleaner provide returning and continuous automatic cleaning of the abrasive.
Standard equipment includes PLC, display, automatic or manual mode, automatic start-up of throwing wheel, working hours counter, roller conveyor variable frequency drive, etc.
Roller conveyor shot blasting machines may be built into highly productive lines for basic colour application, including drying chamber, automatic colouring chamber and drying tunnel.
All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel.
