DESCRIPTION Shot blasting machine type KOM-VK was specially designed according to customer’s demand. It is used for shotblasting of casts and other metal work pieces of larger dimensions and weights made in large series. Capacity of shotblasting is in the range from 1,000 to 20,000 kg. It has two types of transport: Loading of workpieces on the tip-truck rotary table outside the machine, which is usually carried out by crane. Workpieces need to be rotated. For easier workpieces can be used transport by hook. Shot blasting machine type KOM-VK is a combination of shot blasting machine with rotating hook and spinner hanger shot blasting machine for blasting of big and heavy casts (cardan housing, gear change, etc.). Exhausting from shot blasting part is through pipe lines, which are installed to dust collector. All drives are connected to central electrical box – machine control unit, from which operation of the blasting machine is controlled totally automatic. All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. In combination with ir sm@rt valve the operation of shot blasting machine is more effective and optimal.
