Description

DESCRIPTION Shot blasting machine type PL is used for shot blasting of flat steels of different dimensions and length. It is suitable for medium capacity. Blasting machine is equipped with a horizontal manipulator for automated handling of flat steel to shot blasting machine and then on conoid rollers through shot blasting machine. Flat steel is loaded to a loading device. Vertical conveyor is adding flat steel on roller conveyor automatically, pressing wheel is pressing flat steel on the rollers. After shotblasting they are automatically unloaded from roller conveyor. Width of guiding beam on roller conveyor can be changed according to a width of flat steels. In shot blasting machine are two change-over flaps from wear-resistant steel, which direct jet to working pieces, in way that the throwing wheel energy is maximal used. Entrance switch automatically turns on-off shotblasting, so that throwing wheels shotblast only on working piece, this decrease wearing of the machine and use of energy to minimum. Working parts are loaded with lifting device (lift, fork lift) or through conveyor to vibrational conveyor located in the entrance of the blasting machine. Working parts are transported to the shot blasting machine, where they fall in oscillating drum. All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. In combination with ir sm@rt valve the operation of shot blasting machine is more effective and optimal.
