The Gram Equipment Ripple Pump is used to introduce syrups or sauces into the flow of ice cream. The Ripple Pump consists of holding tank, or hopper, constructed in stainless steel, fitted on a stainless steel frame with 4 wheels for easy maneuverability. An ordinary pump is used to pump the product directly into the ice cream flow. The amount of syrup or sauce introduced into the ice cream can be regulated directly on the machine and can be changed during the ice cream production.

Pump capacity: 70 – 400 Litres (10.5 – 105 US Gallons)
