Perfect for the counting of frozen products such as croissants, small breads, etc. It uses from 2 to 5 load cells and takes directly the products from the freezer through a belt that brings them to the sorting unit first and afterwards to the counting machine, which detects the quantity and weight of the product which will be packed. The operations are handled by P.L.C. which processes the analog signal generated by the load cells, selecting the ideal content for the batch. A touch-screen allows you to monitor and modify the machine parameters at any time, for example the number of the batches, the count, the weight and the sizes as required.
