From a store manually loaded the flat blank is taken by suction cups and deposited on lateral guides. A centring device moves the flat blank and puts it in the area over the forming zone. During this transfer, on the flat blank are applied strips of hot melt glue with special diffusers controlled by an electropneumatic group. Going on the operative cycle, an elevator/forming plate with movement from up to down makes the flat blank pass through the inside of a fixed hopper for the folding of the box. This hopper, folding is sequence the flaps of the blank, forms the box. A pusher moves the box just formed on the exit belt of the machine, which transports it to the counting and filling group. Here the capsules coming from a conveyor system are counted and unloaded. The filled box then pass through a check-scale. If the machine is not between the set range, it is immediately ejected through a compressed air-spray. Otherwise it goes to the closing group where the intervention of 3 folders, two lateral and one frontal, complete the closing of the box. Then the closed box goes to the labelling unit that applies a label on the upper part of the box and brings it towards the exit of the machine.
