Features • Safety system for the hands of the operator, with a 94.6% lower accident risk. • Safety system consists of: jacket/harness and gloves. • In case of alarm a reversed rotation of toothroll is activated and the machine is switched in stand-by mode. • The operator cannot move away from the machine due to connection wires between him and the machine. • The calibration procedure is customized to the specific operator. • Display for alarms and operating status. • The connection wires are fitted with regular or magnetic plugs (rapid release). • Double insulated protection circuit. • Protection is activated at contact between glove and machine. • Two types of safety gloves: type one is having a conductive surface, is light in weight and wears out after 5-6 weeks; type two activates protection thru an isolated thread; has a much longer life-time.
