Features - Inline horizontal slicing machine that cuts perfectly parallel slices of fresh boneless products with the Grasselli multi-blade cutting system and shingles the product on the outfeed belt. - Working width 350 mm (2 x 350 mm). - Easy cleaning of belts. - The shingled product gives time-saving to the operators,which means consequently also labour-saving. - In combination with the Grasselli ATF the KSL3S allows to place the shingled slices in an «in-line» flow into the trays.
